9-Day Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Bring ingredients to a boil (do not include cabbage, pepper or onion).
    Pour over vegetables.
    Stir well.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
