Spinach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained or fresh chopped spinach
    2 c. cottage cheese, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix spinach, cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan and eggs until well blended.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Let sit a little after coming out of oven to meld juices.
    Makes about 6 servings.
