Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. cooked, deboned chicken
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
4 c. milk
2 carrots, shredded and chopped
3 Tbsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, carrots, chicken, sherry, Worcestershire sauce and celery seed.
Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Freeze, if desired, in 8-cup freezer container.
