Vinaigrette Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. torn romaine
1/2 c. Feta cheese
4 slices red onion
8 black olives
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. poppy seed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 drop hot pepper sauce
pinch of salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Arrange romaine, Feta cheese, onions and olives on 4 salad plates. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well. Just before serving, pour vinaigrette over salad.
