Peanut Butter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter (do not use reduce fat)
    grape jelly (optional)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk and peanut butter; stir just until combined.
    Pour into a greased 8x4x2 in. loaf pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve with jelly if desired.
