Seven Seas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 can tuna or crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    6 slices cheese
Preparation
    Mix all except cheese together in a bowl and spread in a baking dish.
    Place slices of cheese on top.
    Bake in oven until light brown at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 7 x 11-inch or 9-inch square dish.
