Skillet Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 red peppers, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. coriander
    10 small clams
    10 shrimp
    10 mussels
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    pinch of black cracked pepper
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 c. rice, cooked with pinch of saffron
Preparation
    In a frying pan or electric fry pan saute onion, red and green peppers and garlic in oil.
    Add broth, vinegar and seasonings. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Add artichoke hearts and rice; mix thoroughly.
    Place seafood on top.
    Cover and simmer until heated thoroughly and seafood is cooked.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
