Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserve 1 c. liquid)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 (8 oz.) carton thawed Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare gelatin according to directions.
    Pour into 2-quart baking dish, coated with vegetable spray.
    Chill until partially set.
    Top with pineapple and first 1/2 cup of pecans.
    Combine Cool Whip and cream cheese.
    Spread mixture over pineapple layer and chill.
