Veggie Taco Or Pocket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh tomato, diced
    2 Tbsp. lettuce (approximately)
    2 Tbsp. shredded cheese (any kind)
    tahini (found in refrigerated gourmet cheese area)
    2 Tbsp. avocado
    1 Tbsp. unsalted sunflower seeds
    pita bread or taco shell
Preparation
    Zap bread in microwave for 1/2 minute.
    It makes taco shells or pita bread easier to work with.
    Put tahini on first, then add other ingredients.
    Serve immediately.
