Pizza Planks(Kids) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12-inch) loaf French bread
    1 (12 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place bread on a cutting board. Carefully split bread in half lengthwise.
    Remove some of the soft bread to make a slightly hollow loaf.
    Place each half on the baking sheet, cut sides up.
    Spoon spaghetti sauce evenly over both halves.
    Arrange pepperoni, mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese evenly on the tops.
    Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

    Add your favorite toppings.
