Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flake salmon (remove any bones). Add remaining ingredients. Mix well with a fork. Place in a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
