New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix
    cream
    cheese, sugar and flour.
    Add vanilla, eggs and heavy
    cream.
    Mix\twell.
    Preheat\toven
    to
    450\u00b0.
    Pour filling into a 9-inch spring-form pan that has been lined with a
    cookie crumb
    crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 250\u00b0. Continue baking for 1 hour longer.
