Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (32 oz.) bottles catsup
    1/2 box salt
    8 oz. black pepper
    2 oz. red pepper
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. concentrated lemon juice
    1 gal. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. bourbon
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients.
    Get real hot, but do not boil. Let cool.
    Pour in gallon jugs.
    Store in pantry.
    Does not need refrigeration.
