Creamy Golden Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 unbeaten egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    3 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter with water.
    Remove from heat.
    Mix in egg yolks and lemon extract.
    Mix in 3 cups powdered sugar.
    If frosting is too stiff, add 1 teaspoon liquid slowly.
    Makes enough for 2 layer cake.
