Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in a little water.
    Add all but last 2 other ingredients.
    Take a package of Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread dressing and stick of margarine, melted and mix together. Put 1/2 of this on bottom of baking dish.
    Add the zucchini mixture, then put the other half of dressing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
