Easy Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 small onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni garden pilaf rice
soy sauce to taste
Preparation

Cube chicken, onion and bell pepper.
Saute in olive oil. Cook rice according to directions on package.
Let chicken cook on low.
After rice is cooked, dump in with chicken mixture.
Add soy sauce to chicken mixture; let cook for 5 minutes on low.
