Pumpkin Bread In A Coffee Can - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar; mix well.
Add pumpkin, water and oil; mix again.
Then add dry ingredients, then nuts and raisins; mix. For baking, use 4 one pound coffee cans.
