Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    flour (to coat)
    vegetable oil (to cover bottom of large skillet)
Preparation
    Wash chops.
    In small bowl mix egg and water.
    Put enough flour to coat chops in dinner plate.
    Salt and pepper chops, then dip in egg and water.
    Cover chips completely with flour.
    Cook chops on medium heat until crust is browned.
    Serves 4.
