Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. hot coffee
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add oil, coffee and milk.
Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat 2 more minutes.
Batter will be thin.
Pour into two 9 x 1 1/2-inch pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Frost with your favorite frosting.
