Peach Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. frozen peaches, thawed and most of liquid drained or 6 medium-sized fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, cornstarch and melted butter together.
Put peaches in baking dish and pour mixture over top, mixing it together.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
