Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in cubes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 onions, sliced
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add salt.
    Remove meat.
    In same skillet, cook onions and mushrooms; cover for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Put to side. Blend flour and paprika in drippings.
    Add Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook until thick.
    Return meat
    and stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
