Chocolate Chip Cloud Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
    Heat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Line a large cookie sheet with butchers paper.
    In large bowl, whip egg whites and tartar at high speed until foamy; beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff and glossy peaks form.
    Beat in vanilla.
    Gently but thoroughly, fold in chocolate chips and cocoa.
    Drop by teaspoons on prepared cookie sheet, about 1-inch apart.
    Bake for 1 hour until outside of cookies are dry and set.
    Let cool and peel off paper.
    Store in airtight container.
