Vegetable Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box soda crackers, crushed
    1 stalk chopped celery
    3 carrots, chopped
    3 onions, chopped
    1 colored mango
    1 turnip, chopped (optional)
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Fold all ingredients together.
    Add 3 eggs, beaten into 1 can milk and 1 can water; pour over mixture.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in 2 small loaf pans or 1 large pan, greased.
    Bake until brown (1 1/2 hours approximately) at 350\u00b0.
    Don't overbake.
