Salinas Valley Potato Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
    1 c. Dannon plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    In a small heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine. Add broccoli. Cook and stir just until tender.
    Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt and Mozzarella.
    To serve, spoon onto baked potato halves and sprinkle with paprika.
