Inez'S Oatmeal Cookies(My Family'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. oats
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Cream together the shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mixture will be hard to mix with mixer. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
