Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 large Carnation milk, chilled
2 c. graham crackers
3/4 stick melted butter
juice of 3 lemons
grated rind of 2 lemons
Preparation

Combine jello, sugar, boiling water, lemon juice and rind. Whip jello when it gets to syrupy stage.
Whip milk and add to jello and blend.
Roll crackers; add melted butter.
Mix and then line the bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Add jello mixture.
Top with dry crumbs.
Chill until firm.
