Mexican Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen kernel corn
    1/4 chopped green pepper
    1/4 chopped sweet red pepper
    1/4 chopped celery
    1/4 c. reduced-calorie soft-style cream cheese
    1/2 (4 oz.) can (1/4 c.) diced green chili peppers
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine corn, green pepper, red pepper, celery and 1/2 cup water.
    Cook about 5 minutes or until corn is tender.
    Drain.
    Stir in cream cheese, chili peppers, milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Heat through.
    Makes 4 servings. Per serving:
    3 g. fat and 0 mg. cholesterol.
