Pepperoni And Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf (16 oz.) frozen bread dough
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz. each) sliced pepperoni
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Thaw
    dough and allow
    to
    rise
    according
    to\tpackage directions.
    Divide dough in
    half\tand set one portion aside. Turn out remaining dough
    on
    lightly
    floured
    surface.
    Roll into 10-inch circle.
    Combine
    egg\tand Parmesan cheese, stirring well.
    Spread 1/2 of
    egg
    mixture\tover circle leaving a 1/2-inch margin at edge.
    Lay 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 Mozzarella over egg mixture and sprinkle
    with\t1/2 of oregano and basil. Roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Seal
    edges
    and fold under ends. Transfer loaf, seam side
    down,
    to an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Brush top of loaf with egg. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut
    into slices and serve.
    May be served with a side of spaghetti sauce for dipping.
