Cabbage Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage head
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown meat.
    Chop cabbage to bite-size pieces.
    Mix together meat, cabbage, tomatoes, salt, pepper, onions, soup and water.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve with corn bread.
