Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked white rice
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. dry nonfat milk
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 pkg. Equal
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Bring rice and water to boil.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Combine all other ingredients except cinnamon and nutmeg and add rice mixture.
    Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
