Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
3 c. apple, cut into chunks
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs and sugar; beat well.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder; add to mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Add apples and combine well.
Batter will be thick.
Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
