Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 1/2 lb. thickly sliced dried beef
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and horseradish together.
Spread a thin layer of the mixture on the sliced dried beef.
Roll into a log. Cut into bite size pieces.
Yields about 70 bite size pieces.
