Hot Tomato Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 gal. green tomatoes, quartered
1 gal. onions, chopped in hunks
1 qt. hot green peppers (some red for color)
1/4 c. crushed red pepper
3 pt. vinegar
6 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Cook long enough to change color.
Put in jars and seal.
Do not overcook.
They should be crispy.
