Thai Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bite-sized cooked chicken pieces
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    4 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    In bowl, whisk salad oil, next five ingredients and 1 tablespoon of water.
    Stir in green onions.
    Add chicken pieces and toss to coat with dressing.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Contains 350 calories and 27 g fat per serving.
