Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    4 c. thinly sliced and peeled tart apples
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy. Slowly add sugar, beating until thick. Add oil and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
    Mix into egg mixture. Stir in walnuts. Arrange apples in bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour batter over apples. Spread to cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
