Diabetic Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
low calorie powdered sugar substitute to equal 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

For cocoa mix, in a storage container, combine dry milk, cocoa powder, sugar substitute and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Cover and store in a cool, dry place for up to 8 weeks.
