Yankee Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1/4 c. finely cut celery
    2/3 c. finely chopped nuts
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Heat pineapple to boiling; add jello.
    Stir and let cool. Crush pimento with cream cheese and stir into gelatin mixture; add celery and nuts.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Chill several hours before serving.
