Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. celery, sliced
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    2 oz. almonds, drained
    32 Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Boil celery for 7
    minutes in salt water and drain.
    Pour into a greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle water chestnuts on top.
    Brown almonds in butter.
    Crush crackers and add to buttered almonds. Pour soup over celery.
    Top with almond-crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
