Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 big onion, grated
1 Tbsp. oil or shortening
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. yellow creamed corn
3 jalapeno peppers, grated
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients, then mix together.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
