Preacher Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    8 to 10 potatoes, boiled and cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon to a crisp brown and remove from pan.
    Place cubed potatoes, chopped onions and green peppers in bacon grease and cook to a golden brown, stirring to keep from sticking and until pepper is tender.
    Add bacon (bacon should be diced or broken into small pieces).
    Salt and pepper to own taste.
