Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    3 egg yolks
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced ham
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat together the mashed potatoes and egg yolks.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add parsley and minced ham.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff; fold into potato mixture.
    Place in greased open casserole.
    Bake for 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve immediately.
