Simply Elegant Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large, chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    3 lb. peeled and cleaned shrimp
    3/4 c. chicken or seafood broth
    3/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. basil, oregano and salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    2 to 3 c. cooked rice or fettucine
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in a large skillet.
    Add onion and garlic; saute until transparent.
    Stir in broth, salad dressing, herbs, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil; add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in fresh parsley.
    Serve with rice or fettucine.
