Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 c. taco or picante sauce (add less or more depending on how hot you like it)
corn tortillas
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown beef and onion together and drain fat.
Add soups and sauces.
Cook and simmer until hot and bubbly.
Tear corn tortillas apart and line casserole dish.
Put layers of sauce and then layers of cheese and more tortillas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
