Light Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine remaining ingredients, stirring until flour is just moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy. Bake on hot griddle.
