Artichoke Bake Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, packed in water
Preparation
    Drain and chop artichokes and water chestnuts.
    Mix all ingredients in ovenproof shallow dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top should be light brown.
    Serve with crackers.
