Caramel Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
    14 oz. caramels
    1/2 c. oleo
    14 oz. Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake according to package directions.
    Pour 2 cups into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan; bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Meanwhile, in a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt caramels and oleo with milk. Stir until smooth.
    Spread over cake, spread remaining batter over caramel mixture.
    Top with nuts and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until cake springs back.
    Cool; garnish as desired.
