Lauree'S Lobster In Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) lobsters, thawed
2 large red potatoes
1 large green pepper
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 bottle squeeze Parkay
2 c. cooked rice
salt, red pepper and garlic powder
Preparation

In deep baking dish, cut potatoes.
Slice onion in rings and pepper into strips.
Chop garlic.
Season to your taste.
Season lobster in shell.
Place lobsters over vegetable mixture in pan. Squeeze Parkay over lobsters and vegetables.
Every 10 minutes squeeze Parkay over lobsters.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, basting often.
Serve garlic sauce, potatoes and onion over hot rice with lobster.
