Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
3 medium chopped onions
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli with onions.
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Blend flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk.
Cook and stir until bubbly. Reduce heat and blend in cream cheese.
Add to broccoli and onions in a casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
