Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 medium garlic (I use minced garlic)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 small white onions, sliced
    1 (3 oz.) jar mushrooms (whole crowns)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of hot sauce
    2 (6 oz.) jars mushrooms (I use slices)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; let sit for 6 hours before serving.
    Drain off most of the liquid.
