Ingredients

16 oz. peanut butter
1 lb. 10x sugar
1 c. butter
1 pkg. semi sweet chocolate
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar and butter
with electric mixer until well blended and smooth. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheet. Chill at least 20 minutes. Carefully melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Using a skewer, dip balls into chocolate to cover. Set on wax paper until hardened. Store in fridge.
